European higher education interoperability framework

This framework responds to the need for seamless digital teaching and learning across European borders, as envisaged in the Digital Education Action Plan (2021-2027). It brings together key reference architecture elements, high-level business flow diagrams and recommendations that guide concrete solutions to fill identified gaps. It was developed in collaboration with experts from the higher education interoperability working group of the European Digital Education Hub and the European University alliances.
