Have your say about the Digital Education Action Plan
2024 marks the mid-point of implementing the European Commission’s flagship strategy for high-quality, inclusive, and accessible digital education and training. As part of its implementation, the Commission has committed to undertake a comprehensive review of the action plan.

The review process officially started with the first stakeholder consultations during the Digital Education Action Plan in Review Event.
Consultations will continue throughout 2024. The aim is to reach out to all education stakeholders, including:
- education and training community
- business sector
- civil society
- social partners
- national authorities
Take part in the review process
The European Commission is opening a call for position papers about the impacts and achievements of the action plan thus far.
Your position paper should provide input on the following guiding question:
In your experience and expertise with the Digital Education Action Plan, what actions/policy areas have been effective in achieving their objective and which actions/policy areas should be strengthened in the next phase of its implementation?
Your position paper should be of maximum 1000 words.
You can send your position paper throughout the coming months and up until 15 September 2024.
Your contribution matters
The Commission will use the results from the review process to reflect on the lessons learnt since the start of the implementation.
In 2025, the Commission will present these results together with a renewed policy narrative and set of ambitions on digital education and skills.
