Th Accelerator programme, part of the Digital Education Hub, concluded after three years of driving innovation in digital education across Europe.
Supporting innovative digital solutions
From 2022 to 2024, the Accelerator supported 21 pioneering solutions, selected for their innovative potential, educational value, and technological readiness.
Each year, up to 12 multidisciplinary teams (including educators, researchers, developers, start-ups and EdTech providers) benefited from an intensive six-month programme of coaching, expert mentorship and collaborative workshops. Participants piloted their prototypes in educational settings across Europe, enabling real-world testing and iterative improvement.
Enabling collaboration and visibility
The programme increased participants’ visibility at industry events and supported their access to funding and partnerships. It has contributed valuable insights into the future of digital learning across Europe.
Throughout its duration, the Accelerator played a crucial role in addressing digital skills gaps, thus contributing significantly to the broader digital education agenda in Europe.
