Join the European Digital Education Hub’s project on design thinking
The European Digital Education Hub offers you the possibility to learn more about design thinking and engage with experts to create impactful solutions to address digital education challenges.
What is the Design Thinking Project?
The Design Thinking Project aims to understand the challenges of digital education from a human-centred perspective by starting to engage with a range of stakeholders such as policy makers, teachers, learners, etc. as members of the EDEHUB.
During a 16 week-period, a team of 5 students from different fields of expertise works together with experienced design-thinking coaches to explore the solution to a digital education challenge using the design thinking methods and tools. They are encouraged to immerse themselves in, explore and interact with the European Digital Education Hub community to co-create the solution with intended users and beneficiaries.
What happens during a virtual meet-up
During each meet-up, you will have the chance to discuss with guest experts and practitioners about their design thinking journey and interact with the hub’s wider community of practice.
Monthly meetings
Meet-ups will take place on a monthly basis on every second Tuesday between 14:00 and 15:00 (CET) on the Design Thinking channel (link accessible to hub members only).
From 17th April 2023, the virtual meet-ups also serve as a touch point with the hub community to exchange ideas and update on the design thinking project. You can read more about this below.

The next workshop will take place in Potsdam (Germany) in November 2023. Stay tuned, further details will follow on the Design Thinking channel.
