Online clinics: directly addressing your challenges

During an online clinic meeting, you can get expert advice on a specific challenge you face in the field of digital education.

Guest experts can provide tailormade guidance on topics such as:

  • micro-credentials
  • hybrid, blended and online distance course design
  • international collaboration and virtual mobility
  • online assessment
  • diversity, inclusion and equity

You can join these meetings as an individual practitioner or together with a team from your organisation.

The next round of online clinics will start in spring 2024.

Mentorship programme: guiding your digital journey  

The programme connects participants with high-level European experts in digital education. The mentorship is specifically designed around personal areas of interest, goals, or actions, ensuring a focused and impactful learning experience.

While you can participate alone, we encourage you include colleagues from your organisation such as:

  • members of the same course or programme team
  • teachers from the same learner group
  • experts from teaching and learning support services
  • institution leaders

This collaborative approach ensures that the mentorship sessions are not only personalised but also contextualised, maximising both individual and institutional benefits.

The mentorship sessions will focus on your personal interest and the goals you want to pursue. Examples include:

  • Hybrid, blended or online course and curriculum design
  • The development of micro-credentials and microlearning in continuing education
  • Institutional leadership for digital education
  • Digital collaborative teaching and learning
  • E-assessment, collaborative courses or curricula and digital mobility
  • Quality assurance and institutional policies/conditions for digital education

The topic can relate to all education and training sectors including primary or secondary education, higher education, vocational education and training, adult learning.

The mentorship programme consists of 3 two-hour sessions over 1.5 – 2 months.
