European higher education interoperability framework: report on the state of interoperability across higher education systems in Europe

This report presents key findings collected from over 40 European University alliances under the umbrella of the European Digital Education Hub. It provides an overview of the status of European University alliances in interoperability and tracks progress in the creation of virtual learning environments and inter-institutional campuses.
