Webinar: AI For inclusive education

This knowledge building activity is organised by the European Digital Education Hub. Experts on inclusion and AI will share their experience and practical knowledge.

About the webinar

The aim of this webinar is to discuss how inclusive education practices are key to define education in the era of artificial intelligence (AI).

It will also address how AI tools can help create new and innovative methodologies in teaching and learning.

During this webinar, guest experts will talk about 

  • inclusive education practices and teacher education methodologies 
  • innovative approaches and strategies

Discussion topics will include

  • the importance of AI tools for enhancing learning opportunities for all
  • personalised education supported by digital technologies

Experts on inclusion and AI will join the event and share with the participants their experience and practical knowledge, as well as useful resources, on the use of AI tools in education in an inclusive way. 

Questions to be addressed

AI in schools

  • How can AI be leveraged to enhance learning opportunities for children with diverse educational needs within inclusive school environments?

Legal aspects

  • What are the legal aspects of implementing AI and its ethical and social implications?

Future challenges and opportunities

  • What new opportunities do you envision AI offering for personalised learning and teaching processes?
  • What are the future challenges that using AI may bring about from a security point of view? Is AI an ally or a threat?

The session will be moderated by Stefanija Ališauskienė, Vytautas Magnus University, Lithuania.
