About the webinar

This knowledge building activity will focus on the importance of safety and security strategies in virtual learning environments for the proper development of the educational activities. It will also explore guides and policies in online safety for learners and the role of training in safety and security.

The webinar will address the following questions:

  • Why are safety and security key components for the proper development and use of virtual learning environments for educators and learners?
  • Which guidelines or recommendations would you share to improve the safety and security strategies in virtual learning environments?
  • What are the future challenges that virtual learning environments will face from a security point of view? Is artificial intelligence an ally or a threat?
  • What is the role of training, but also companies, to ensure the safety and security of virtual learning environments?
