About the workshop
The objective of the workshop to identify key lessons on how public policy can support more structured connections between higher education, teacher training institutes and schools.
International policy makers and practitioners will discuss how to strengthen the collaboration between higher education and schools for the development of competencies for innovation. The key questions guiding the discussions will be:
- How can higher education support the integration of digital and green competencies in initial teacher education programmes and activities?
- How can science communication contribute to fostering a more continuous connection between teacher training institutes, higher education, and school practitioners?

The workshop is open to those interested in developing talent for innovation in secondary and higher education, as well as adult upskilling and reskilling. This includes:

The online workshop will take place on 22 November 14.00-16.00 CET.
